Registration Page

The Titans will take special precautions to reduce the chance of coronavirus infection. We will ask each participant to do their part in order to be a part of the program. With even the best precautions, there is a risk of an infection. The liability waiver absolves the Titans' organization of liability due to an infection.

The Titans are charging a $125 registration for the Spring season. Players will also be required to complete the registration process to participate. If you are unable to pay these, you can apply for assistance. Fees do not have to be paid to register. Please register by filling out the form below:
